YES, SHE CAN Foundation (YSCF) is a women-led Non-profit organization founded in Ghana to support women in attaining their full potential in all facets of life by empowering them and creating avenues towards a fulfilling life.

We aim to accomplish this, by building a healthy community with an enabling environment where women can access a promising future through an integrated and holistic approach.
YSCF projects and supports women and girls in education, health, leadership, entrepreneurship, mental and psychological well-being, and economic impact.

We endeavour to achieve this by harnessing the economic power of women and communities, promoting social inclusion, changing perceptions, and influencing policy.
The YSC foundation offers various programs and services, thus mentoring, coaching, training, seminars, and advocacy to assist women in overcoming the barriers and challenges they face in their personal and professional lives.

Founder
Mary Anane Awuku is a serial entrepreneur and the founder and C.E.O of a Facilities Management Company, a Catering Services Company and a renowned International School all based in Accra. She is a former lecturer at Radford University, where she taught Entrepreneurship and Small Business management, Leadership, Innovative Management and Human Resource Management.
